1. Eligibility

• AdsByte connects creators, influencers, and businesses for advertising, promotional, and collaboration opportunities.

3. Account Registration

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

• Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.

• AdsByte may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4. Creator Membership Fee

• AdsByte may charge a one-time or recurring membership fee (currently ₹199 unless otherwise specified).

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Campaigns & Collaborations

• AdsByte acts as a platform connecting creators and advertisers.

• AdsByte does not guarantee campaign approvals, earnings, or brand deals.

• Advertisers and creators are responsible for fulfilling agreed campaign requirements.

6. Payments

• Payments between advertisers and creators must be completed according to the campaign agreement.

• AdsByte may charge platform fees where applicable.

• Users are responsible for any taxes related to their earnings.

7. Content Guidelines

Users must not upload or promote:

• Illegal content

• Copyright-infringing material

• Hate speech or harassment

• Misleading or fraudulent advertisements

• Adult, harmful, or prohibited content

• AdsByte reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their content.

• By posting content on AdsByte, users grant AdsByte a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within the platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use fake followers, fake engagement, or fraudulent traffic.

• Impersonate another person or business.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

• Engage in scams or misleading promotions.

10. Account Suspension

• AdsByte may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

• AdsByte is provided "as is." AdsByte is not responsible for:

• Loss of profits

• Failed collaborations

• Third-party actions

• Technical interruptions or outages

12. Privacy

• User information will be handled according to the AdsByte Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications

• AdsByte may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
